Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Technology Systems Administrator role at the North American Mission Board.

This assessment covers the core skills used day to day in this role: networking, UniFi, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Windows Server, backups, Intune, Azure, and the safe use of AI tools.

What to expect

25 multiple choice questions, each with one correct answer
15 minutes total. The timer starts when you click Start and can't be paused.
You can't go back to a question once you've answered it, so read each one carefully.
An unanswered question counts as incorrect. If you're unsure, make your best choice.
Before you begin

Use a laptop or desktop with a working webcam. Phones and tablets aren't supported.
Find a quiet, well lit spot where you won't be interrupted.
Close all other browser tabs and applications.
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
Proctoring

This test is proctored. Your webcam will take periodic snapshots, and the platform will record if you leave the test window or switch tabs. Please stay in full screen mode the entire time.

Please do not:

Use outside resources, including notes, search engines, or AI tools
Get help from anyone else
Copy, screenshot, or share any test content
