Start Form
You will first be asked some questions on the test 'Start Form' (below right) about your experience and achievements. This section is not timed.
There are some questions in the 'Start Form' about your socio-economic background. These questions are marked 'SE'. SE questions are not compulsory to answer - they are simply there to help us get a holistic idea of your achievements to help us identify true potential. This is referred to as 'contextual recruitment'. If you would prefer to skip these questions, please click 'Prefer not to say'. There are some questions in the 'Start Form' about reasonable adjustments. This answer will not be looked at during selection, and will only be used to help us put together a fairer offer.
Test
Once you have completed the Start Form, click 'Start test' at the bottom right of the screen.
You must complete the test in a single sitting. We cannot reset the test if you accidentally submit the test.
The test is timed. You will have 30 minutes. There are 7 questions. If you require additional time, please contact Laura.Cassels@Script-ip.com before taking the test.
You cannot browse or open other tabs whilst taking the test. You will receive a warning, and if you continue to navigate to other tabs you will be disqualified.
How will my data be used?
Please note that the data submitted with this application form is collected only for the purposes of selecting, and accommodating, participants of the Summer in IP work experience at Script IP.
Data will not be shared, and only staff members involved in selecting participants for the Summer of IP program will have access to the data.
Data submitted with this form will be deleted from our records by the end of August 2026.
